No, I didn’t actually eat cake for breakfast. I had Mazarin cake (Swedish almond pastry – mmmmhhh, soooo good!!) flavoured oat bran – yum!
Oat bran and water, microwaved for 1.5 minutes, a tsp Vega Vanilla Almondilla Smoothie Mix stirred in, and topped with a chopped apple. Vega Vanilla Almondilla tastes like Mazarin in a cup – more? Yes, please!
I then headed to campus for some yoga (Hatha), library action, and the UBC Farmers Market, and I ended up with the cutest Gala apples – they’re tiny!
Ok, now I have to decide what to make for dinner. I have mushrooms and an abundance of spinach – Any suggestions? I’m tending towards pasta… or a spinach salad… I don’t know!
